As people continue to upgrade their WI-FI networks with router upgrades or adding Access Points, remember, anytime you upgrade /change your router or change your WI-FI password, you will need to reconnect your Sonos system. Your Sonos system requires this new information to function. To connect your Sonos system to your new router, you will need your mobile device. First step is to open your Sonos app. You will see the message “Unable to Connect to Sonos”. Next tap the” Let’s Fix It” prompt. Next just follow the on-screen instructions and you will be back enjoying your music in no time.
