Can My Old Bose Lifestyle System Be Repaired?

Although many clients are upgrading to new Bose Wi-Fi based systems, clients still inquire if their old analog Lifestyle systems can be repaired? The answer is yes and no. It depends on the age of your Lifestyle system and type of Lifestyle system. The cut off date is 2008. If you purchased your Lifestyle system before 2008, your Lifestyle system can no longer be repaired. If your system was purchased after 2008 and does not have a built in DVD/CD player, your Lifestyle system can be repaired. If your system was purchased in 2008 or after and has a built in DVD/CD player, it depends on the model number. Only Series IV Lifestyle 38 or Lifestyle 48 systems can still be repaired. To determine if your Lifestyle 38 or Lifestyle 48 system can be repaired, contact Bose service @ 888-757-9952. Be sure to have your system serial number available when you call. To find out if your system is eligible for the Bose trade in program, please WB South at 888-757-2683.
