Can I Get Service or a Consultation During the Covid 19 Quarantine?

The answer is yes to both questions. With all of us spending more time in our homes, a functioning quality, home entertainment system is important. For our past clients, we are offering free phone support. Over the past few weeks, we have been able to help our clients with a simple phone call and in some cases, a video chat using Facetime, Zoom, or Skype. As people spend more time in their homes and expect to be spending more time in the future, it appears they want to add home entertainment systems to their homes. Surprisingly, we have had 5 calls in the past 3 days from new clients, interested in everything from a dedicated home theater system to simply adding music to their Patio. Using some type of video chat, the new clients have been able to walk us through their homes and we, in turn, can show the products. After the call, we draft a proposal and email it to the client. Two of the new clients already have tentative installation dates.
