How Can I Get Down to a Single Remote?

One of the most frustrating experiences for our clients is using multiple remote controls. When the remote control doesn’t do what we want, we all start hitting other buttons on the remote and this can often acerbate the problem. Most home theater systems have some form of “universal remote” that will provide the basic remote functions for a limited number of devices but often requires multiple actions to get the desired result. For some, this type of remote meets their needs and they can navigate through the various screens. Others are looking for a remote that will provide the desired result with a single or minimal taps on the remote. There are various brands on the market for this type of remote such as Logitech’s Harmony, URC, and Control 4 Neeo remote. At Whitaker Brothers, we offer the Control 4’s Neeo remote. In addition to controlling all of your audio-video devices, the Control 4 Neeo remote has the ability to control lighting, thermostats, and more. You can learn more about the Neeo Remote @ www.wbsouth.com/Neeo.
