While rare, occurring only twice in the past three years, there are occasions when your Sonos speakers may disconnect from your home network. If you encounter the message 'Not Connected,' simply tap the name of the affected speaker. When prompted with 'Would you like to fix it?,' select 'Yes' and follow the steps in the app to reconnect your Sonos product. If the issue persists and you're within our Mid-Atlantic service area, please don't hesitate to call us at 888-775-2673 to schedule a service call.
