In its simplest form, Multi Room Audio/Video is the ability to listen and watch your media content in multiple rooms of your home with the capability of creating unique listening and watching zones with a simple tap on the remote control. For example, you may have the same movie playing in the Family Room and Kitchen while a different movie is playing in the Den while simultaneously listening to one music stream in the Master Bedroom and a different music stream on the Deck. Please note, these zones are not fixed and can always be changed. Another major advantage of a Smart Home Media system is that all of the components can be located in a central location, distributed throughout the house over HDMI or Cat6E cables, removing all of the clutter below the TV. A Smart Home Media system can be integrated with the other Smart devices in your home. For example, your lights will dim automatically in the Great Room when you start your favorite movie or your favorite playlist begins to play when you enter your home. With Control4, you can distribute 10 HDMI sources (satellite/cable boxes, streaming media, media players or gaming devices) to 10 video display locations with full, 4K, HD clarity.
