During the week, a couple of clients called in with the same issue, went to use their Patio speakers, and the Patio disappeared from the Soundtouch app or the app said “Can’t Find Patio Speakers”. This can happen when your Internet service had dropped out for an extended period or if you changed routers or Internet provider. The fix is simple and most clients can do it themselves without the need for a service call. To reconnect your Patio, just follow these steps. First, open the Bose app and tap the 3 bars in the upper left hand corner. From the drop down menu, select “Settings”. From the “Settings” menu, select “Add or Reconnect Speaker”.
