Yes, you can connect your Amazon Echo to your Bose Lifestyle system using 2 different methods. First, if your Bose Lifestyle system is Bluetooth enabled, you can pair your Amazon Echo to the Bose system. With this method, you can play music from your Amazon Echo to your Bose Lifestyle system with simple voice commands. Using the Bluetooth re-broadcast feature of the Bose Soundtouch app, you can then play the music in additional rooms. Please note, any response from your Echo will play through the Bose system. If your Bose system is not Bluetooth enabled and your Amazon device has an audio output, simply connect the output of the Amazon device to the aux input of the Bose console. For this method you need to select the Aux source on your Bose system in order to hear the music from your Amazon device.
