This past week, we had 3 calls asking about replacing Bose remote controls. The reasons varied from defective remotes, worn out buttons, and believe or not, our dog ate the remote. The best method to obtain a new Bose remote is direct from Bose service. Bose service can be reached at 888-757-9952. Before you call, be sure you have the following information, the model numbers of your Bose console and Bose remote. The console model number can be found on the bottom of the console. The remote’s model number can be found on the back of the remote. Before ordering a new remote, be sure you have changed the remote’s batteries and confirmed the remote is creating the problem.
