Can I Add a Soundbar to My Bose Lifestyle System?

We received an interesting call this week from a client that wanted to add a new Soundbar to their Bose Lifestyle system. Their goal was to take advantage of the Soundbar’s Dolby Atmos technology in hopes of adding Dolby Atmos to his Bose Lifestyle system. Unfortunately, that cannot be done. To be clear, although the Bose Lifestyle 650 center speaker may appear to be a small soundbar, it isn’t a soundbar. For those wanting to experience Dolby Atmos, we suggest the Sonos Arc Soundbar and Sub with in-wall/ceiling rear speakers powered by a Sonos amp.
