Scheduling Your Bose Equipment Repair

As many of our clients may know, product repair for Bose systems is done exclusively by Bose. The easiest way to schedule repair for your Bose system is to do it online @ www.Bose.com/support. Before you start, you will need the model and serial number of your system. For the console, the model and serial number is on the bottom of the console. The console model number usually starts with “AV-“. The console serial number starts with “0”. For your bass module (subwoofer), the information can be found at the bottom rear of the unit where the speaker wires connect to the unit. The serial number is located below the barcode and usually begins with “0”.
