How do I play the same source in multiple rooms with my Bose Soundtouch app?

Although we have reviewed this question before, some people have asked us once again to review playing the same source in multiple rooms. One of the biggest mistakes that is made when wanting to create a group, is to go to your source option and select the same source for the room you want to add. THIS WILL CREATE 2 DIFFERENT STREAMS AND WILL NOT PRODUCE THE DESIRED RESULT. For example, if someone is listening to their favorite Pandora station and wants to add the Patio to the Kitchen, simply tap the Kitchen on the Soundtouch app. A new screen appears that shows all of your rooms. Now, just tap the “+” sign next to the rooms you want to join the group. As an FYI, you still have individual volume control for each room. To remove a room from the group, tap the room group and then tap the room you want to remove. If you want your entire Bose Soundtouch system to play the same source, simply tap “Play All”. Yes, you can have multiple groups playing at the same time. For example, the Kitchen and Living Room could be listening to Pandora, while the Patio and Pool area is enjoying Spotify.
