Can I Add Newer Music Services to My Bose Soundtouch App?

Many clients wonder if it's possible to add new music services like Audacy, SoundCloud, or Audible to their Bose SoundTouch app. Unfortunately, the answer is no. Bose has discontinued support for the SoundTouch app and all SoundTouch products. In 2018, Bose introduced the Bose Music app, marking the beginning of the phase-out of the SoundTouch app. It’s important to note that Bose SoundTouch products and Bose Music products are not compatible, and the Bose Music app cannot be used to control SoundTouch devices.

For those looking to add additional new music services, transitioning to Sonos may be a great option, as it supports over 100 music services.
