As everyone knows, Bose is constantly offering new features through software updates for the Bose Soundtouch product line. There are times when clients complain that they can’t download the new updates. Here is a tip that might help. Go to www.Bose.com/soundtouch_app. Next un-install the current version of the Bose Soundtouch app and re-install the latest downloaded version. Login using your previous username and password. This will prevent losing any of your previous settings such as network credentials, music services and library settings. Should you receive a pop-up message regarding your firewall settings, be sure to select “always allow”.
