Go to www.Bose.com/soundtouch_app. Next un-install the current version of the Bose Soundtouch app and re-install the latest downloaded version. Login using your previous username and password. This will prevent losing any of your previous settings such as network credentials, music services and library settings. Should you receive a pop-up message regarding your firewall settings, be sure to select “always allow”.
