How do I plan for my outdoor living space entertainment system?


The explosion to create outdoor living spaces continues unabated. According to the 2017 AIA Trends Survey, “consumers continue to put emphasis on practical features that expand the functionality of their home via heavy investment in outdoor living space”. From new Patios to resort style Pool areas, Fire Pits to full blown outdoor Kitchens; entertainment systems are an important element of these new living spaces. Astute homeowners consider their outdoor entertainment system at the start of the design process, not as an after thought. Pre-planning saves money and helps deliver the final desired results. Outdoors entertainment systems is a broad category that includes audio, video, and of often overlooked, expansion of the Wi-Fi network. To cover each topic properly, starting next week, we will begin a multi-part series of outdoors entertainment systems.
