Changed My Network Password and Bose Soundtouch Stopped Working

Writer: Craig WhitakerCraig Whitaker

As more and more of us are updating our network password to enhance our internet security, we often end up with unintended consequences such as some devices no longer working including your Bose Soundtouch music streaming. If this has happened to you, there is something you can try before scheduling a service call. First, open your Bose Soundtouch app and tap the 3 bars in the upper left-hand corner. Next select “Settings” from the drop-down menu. From the “Settings” menu, select “Add or Reconnect speaker”. From there follow the on-screen directions. If the problem persists and you would like to schedule a service call, please call 888-775-2673. We invite you to visit our website @ www.wbsouth.com.
