We have recently been contacted by past clients that have purchased a Bose Soundbar that operates on the Bose Music platform and wanted to add outdoor speakers. Unfortunately, we had to tell them that Bose does not currently offer a Bose Music amplifier and adding music zones to a Bose Music Soundbar is not currently possible. Based on experience, I would expect Bose to offer a Bose Music amp in the next 18-24 months. Additionally, for those Bose clients that have a Bose Soundtouch Home Theater such as a Bose Lifestyle 600 or Lifestyle 650, adding music zones to these systems is no longer an option since Bose has discontinued the Bose SA-5 Soundtouch amplifier.
