How Do I Pair My Bose Lifestyle 600/650 Remote Control?

Updated: Oct 23, 2022

We often receive calls about Bose remote controls not working. Should this happen to you, the 1st thing to do is change the batteries. If the problem persists, you may need to pair your remote control with your Bose console. You will also need to pair any new Bose replacement remote control for your Bose Lifestyle 650/600 system. To pair your remote, first, power on your system. Next, hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds. For the final step, hold the “Glow” button on the back of the remote control and the “OK” button on the front of the remote for 5 seconds. If your remote has paired correctly, you will receive a confirmation on your remote-control screen. If you have changed the batteries and properly paired your remote control and the remote still doesn’t work properly, you may need a new remote control.
