Sound on Bose System, No Picture on My TV

This is a common issue for many people, you can hear the TV through the Bose system but have no picture on the TV. The majority of the time this is caused by the wrong TV input being accidentally selected. To correct this, toggle through the various TV inputs/sources until the picture re-appears. If this doesn’t correct the problem, next connect your cable/sat box directly to the TV by disconnecting the cable that goes from the cable box to Bose console. Disconnect it from the Bose console and connect to the TV. Scroll through the TV inputs. If the picture re-appears, the Bose console could be defective. If there is still no picture, the problem could be your cable box. To confirm this, connect another source such as DVD player directly to your TV. Once again, scroll the TV inputs. If the DVD video appears, the problem is most likely with your cable box. If you still have no picture, your TV could be causing the problem. Please visit our website @ www.wbsouth.com.
