How Can I Check My Outdoor Speakers?

With Memorial Day just around the corner, many of our clients are using their outdoor speakers for the 1sttime this season. Our office has already scheduled 3 service calls for outdoor speakers. Before you incur the expenses of a service call, there are a couple of things you can try. First, check the wire connections at the speakers. Be sure the connections are good and haven’t been chewed by animals. If the connections are good, confirm that the outdoor amplifier is plugged in and getting power. If the amp is getting power, there are a couple things you can still check. If you have a Boselink system, replace the batteries in the remote and try again. If you have a Bose Soundtouch streaming music, confirm the zone is showing up on the app. If the outdoor zone is grayed out, reconnect the zone using the Bose app. If these trouble shooting steps, fail, please feel free to call our office @ 888-775-BOSE to schedule a service call.

For those “Question of the Week”readers, we will still honor our outdoor $999 Patio Speaker Package that expired on April 15. To learn more, please click here www.wbsouth.com/contact.
